Guntur: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu inaugurated Samishta Hospital and Research Centre at Donka Road here on Wednesday.
Stressing on the need to render better services to the poor, the chief minister appreciated the hospital management for providing better facilities.
He inaugurated critical care, Urology, Cardiology, Neurology, trauma care and orthopedics ward set up on par with international standards.
Cath Lab with modern facilities was set up in addition to two operation theaters.
Minister for Social Welfare Nakka Anand Babu, Minister for Civil Supplies Prattipati Pulla Rao, Hospital directors Dr Koganti Kalyana Chakravarthi, Dr.Nallabothu Sarath Chandra Kumar, Dr. Hanuman Prasad, DrKandula Kalyan Chakravarthi, Dr.Yalavarthi Vivekananda, Dr. Degala Prabhakar were among those present.
