Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh Girls Doubles team bagged bronze medal at the 12th Sub-Junior National Soft Tennis Championship at Kalinga Stadium Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
The championship was organised jointly by Armature Soft Tennis Federation of India and Odisha Soft Tennis Association from December 27 to 31, said state president P Murali on Sunday.
Murali said that P Lavanya and S Yasasvi won the bronze medal in doubles category.
SAAP Chairman Dr P Ankamma Chowdary, Board Member P Ravindra, OSD Ramakarishna, AP Soft Tennis association State general secretary B Naveen Kumar, sports officer Sirajuddin, chief coach A Mahesh Babu and others congratulated the duo and appreciated them for winning the bronze at the National Soft Tennis championship.
