KADAPA:AP Rythu Sangam district secretary B. Dastagiri Reddy has alleged that the farming community of drought hit areas like kadapa totally neglected in budget introduced by AP Finance minister Yenamala rama krishna in the Assembly on Tuesday.
Addressing press conference here on Tuesday he said despite government well aware of Rayala Seema districts like kadapa is facing severe drought conditions, but priority was not given for completion of pending irrigation projects like Galeru Nagari Sujala Sravanthi, Handri Neeva Sujala Sravanthi, Telugu Ganga projects in the district.
The Rythu Sangam leader pointed out that the state governments prestigious Loan Waiver Scheme was not properly implemented as several farmers fails to secure the 4 an 5th phase of Loan Waiver in the district. He appealed the state government to allocate the more funds for the benefit the farmers. Party leaders we're present.
