AgriGold depositors with 10,000 & below advised to approach District Legal Service Authority

Visakhapatnam: The Superintendent of Police informed the AgriGold victims, who had deposited Rs.10,000 and below, to approach the District Legal Service Authority (DLSA) along with their original fixed deposit receipts/bonds, aadhaar card, bank passbook and submit to the DLSA authorities for verification of the claims.
The SP, in a press release issued here on Tuesday, said that the state government sanctioned Rs.250 crore on February 7, this year, for an immediate mitigating measure to provide solace to the AgriGold depositors, who deposited Rs.10,000 and below. The High Court directed the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) to verify the original fixed deposit receipts and process the claims for making the payments to the depositors
