Amaravati: A fire accident occurred in Yeshvanthpur - Tatanagar express train in the early morning on Tuesday.

The fire explored in large at the pantry cars coach of the express. This accident took place as the train was reaching the Gollaprolu station in East Godavari district.

The passengers, who noticed the fire acted immediately and pulled down the chain, later the railway officials informed to fire station.

On getting the information two fire engines rushed to the spot and put off the fire. There were no casualties reported in the incident.

A big fire accident was reverted with the alertness of the passengers. Due to the accident, the movement of the trains in this route is delayed as a single line is currently in use. The railway officials are working to restore the rail traffic in the line.
