The C-segment sedan is clearly dominating the market which is populated by the Maruti Ciaz, Hyundai Verna, Nissan Sunny, Skoda Rapid, VW Vento, etc.

Not much about the facelifted City is known as of now but we expect Honda to incorporate improvements based on customer feedback. Improved NVH package and more power for the diesel version would be a good place to start.

As far as styling revisions go, we can expect reprofiled bumpers, new alloy wheel pattern, and probably a new exterior color or two. The well equipped interior is likely to be retained without any drastic changes. Honda may revise the variant wise equipment level to make the City more attractive value proposition.

Interior is expected to be retained without any major changes.The City is available with an option of 1.5-litre i-VTEC petrol and 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel engines. The former develops 119 PS and 145 Nm of torque while the latter churns out 100 PS and 200 Nm of torque. The petrol motor can be specified with a 5-MT or a CVT while the oil burner is available only with a 6-speed MT.
