Audi, the German luxury car manufacturer, which has continued its growth momentum with 11192 deliveries to the customers in 2015, marking it the 8th successive year of growth for the company, is confident of further growth. This confidence stems from company’s consistent performance since its inception in India.

Audi has built a strong foundation for the future. Currently, the brand have a base of over 50,000 customers, 90 customer touchpoints, more than 40 product launches in last 9 years (including all variants and PIs), strong and diversified model lineup with 14 models and over 30 different variants and lead the luxury car market in terms of introducing products in new segments, with new body style, new design language and new technologies.

Taking this a step ahead is yet another first in the form of the Audi Mobile Terminal, which brings the showroom right to the customer’s doorstep especially in tier II and tier III cities. “Audi has been the preferred choice of luxury mobility for car enthusiasts in India. The year 2015 had seen another year of growth for us and we remained focused towards our aim to provide the best luxury car buying experience to our customers.

Unique initiatives like the Audi Mobile Terminal brought the showroom right to the customer’s doorstep, especially in tier II and tier III cities, where we received a huge and a positive response from the customers who are significantly contributing to the transformation of the luxury landscape in India.

This coupled with a robust dealer footprint, wide product range and on top of it a very motivated and committed team ensured that our growth is sustainable and we are here for the long run,” said Mr. Joe King, Head, Audi India.

Complete with car on display, Audi Exclusive Elements and an Audi Lounge, the Mobile Terminal takes the brand to the doorstep of the Audi customer, while showcasing Audi brand values experientially.

Besides displaying the cars and Audi accessories, the Mobile Terminal concept serves as a hub for conducting test-drives and enables customers and prospects to connect with Audi dealers for enquiries, new bookings and after sales support, in the comfort of the Audi Lounge.

The brand is also taking up a new initiative of setting up service centres as a part of a long-term strategy to fuel growth in India. These three bay workshops will be set up at places which does not have a showroom but already have a lot of customers.

“We are committed towards bringing new products which are technologically advanced, smart, agile and comfortable. We proved it by launching the all-new Audi TT Coupe, the new Audi A6 Matrix, the first Avant body style sportscar- the Audi RS 6 Avant and the all-new Audi Q7 in 2015.

With our perfect pricing and the class defining products packed with the most innovative features, we have been able to offer the best package to our customers. We are very confident that we will continue our growth path in 2016 and beyond,” added Mr. King.
