"Many questions were raised when I wanted to get into the male-dominated industry and I am so glad I listened to my heart. We recognized the opportunity to create a unique model in B2B2C quite early and since 2012, have been working towards becoming the numero uno in after-sales service," said founder and CEO, Shaifali Agarwal Holani.

"With the vast opportunity in the market, investments in 2014 and association of iconic minds such as S.D. Shibulal, EasyFix's focus for 2016 is all about creating demand, expansion and replicating our 'minimum viable product. We have been able to maintain a customer satisfaction index of 90 percent with the help of our trained and enthusiastic army of handymen (or EasyFixers) and tech-enabled processes," added Shaifali.

EasyFix has not only successfully created a new segment but is also exploring the unconventional B2B2C route, thereby making a difference to brands and handymen customers.
