SBH gets excellence award
State Bank of Hyderabad bagged ‘Best Bank Award’ for innovative use of technology among mid-size banks at Banking Technology Excellence Awards for the year 2015-16 presented by the Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT) here recently.
Hyderabad: State Bank of Hyderabad bagged ‘Best Bank Award’ for innovative use of technology among mid-size banks at Banking Technology Excellence Awards for the year 2015-16 presented by the Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT) here recently.
Santanu Mukherjee, Managing Director, State Bank of Hyderabad, received the award from Raghuram Rajan, Governor, Reserve Bank of India at a function held at IDRBT.
The award was given in recognition of the innovative adoption of technology by SBH for launching customer centric initiatives like e-payment solution to Government of Maharashtra in Marthwada region, Arogyasri Health Trust, Streenidhi etc. The bank also bagged SKOCH awards for its technology initiatives every year from 2012 to 2016.
