CarZ expands presence to Bengaluru

​Hyderabad: City-based Carz, a multi-brand car repair and maintenance service company on Tuesday announced the opening of its first franchisee owned operated fully automated centre in Bengaluru. Further, the company plans to open nearly 20 centres in Karnataka over the next 12 months.

Under a strategic franchise partnership with Ultra Auto Crate, the 9,500 sft centre has 12 service bays with a capacity to service over 500 cars per month. Venu Donepudi, Founder, CarZ, said: “We are excited to open this state-of-the-art centre in Bengaluru. We are committed to grow the brand and put our customers first. This facility will provide everything a car owner needs for an enriching experience under one roof.”

As part of the partnership, CarZ will provide service expertise and train the workforce on quality service, on-time delivery, procurement of quality and innovative service products, and customer care support.

Chiranjeevi Ashwatappa, franchise owner, said: “The centre will provide a range of services including value added services like 24x7 roadside assistance, pre-owned car inspection, insurance, extended warranty and settling bills through easy EMI payments.”

And, as the partner for many insurance companies, the centre will also support cashless service for accident repair vehicles, added the franchisee.
