Ritu’s prema, ishq, Kadal With T-Town, Short Film ‘Anukokunda’ About Hyderabad girl Ritu Varma. The runner up of ‘Miss Rose Glow’ says she gets inspired by Sridevi, Madhuri Dixit and Hema Malini and aspires to get national recognition for her work.
Having received accolades for her short film, ‘Anukokunda’ and a brief role in ‘Baadshah’, Hyderabad girl Ritu Varma is on a high as she is all set to make her mark in Tollywood. ‘Anukokunda’ directed by Tharun Bhaskar has got more than 8 million hits on YouTube and was also screened in the prestigious Cannes Film Festival.
The software engineer-turned-model is now working in two films. She plays a bubbly girl in ‘Na Rakumarudu’ opposite Naveen Chandra which is directed by Satya, who assisted Puri Jagannath earlier. Her other movie is ‘Prema Ishq Kadal’ directed by Pavan Sadhineni. The teaser and promos of the film has already garnered positive talk among the movie lovers and critics alike.
