Hansika a journalist in Biriyani

Actors and media have a love-hate relationship. Eventhough celebrities hate journalists for all the scoops they write, they still love them for the kind of adulation they get from them.

Perhaps, this is why many actors especially female artistes love to get into their shoes at least on screen The last we saw actress Anjali in the role of a scribe in Settai, there is also a rumour that Kriti Sanon is playing a journalist in Mahesh's 1 Nenokkadine, the latest we hear is that actress Hansika is playing a journalist in her upcoming film Biriyani, a bilingual film starring Tamil actor Suriya's brother Karthi.

Venkat Prabhu is directing this film which is expected to release in theatres by the end of this month.
