He added that he would soon be working on a Telugu film: “I haven’t been able to work on a straight Telugu film because of other commitments, but will look for an interesting script soon.” He has earlier starred in ‘Salute’, a Tamil-Telugu bilingual. However, it bombed at the box-office.
Director Boyapati Srinu, who unveiled the audio said: “If one taps the potential of Vishal in a right way, he is a Pandem Kodi (game rooster) for sure. He is also close to the Telugu audience and his past films have done well here. I hope ‘Indrudu’ too scores for him.”
The film which released on April 11 in Tamil Nadu stars Lakshmi Menon opposite Vishal. The actor has produced the film along with UTV motion pictures.
