Shruti files another complaint

After taking action against certain websites for publishing her “obscene” photos, actress Shruti Haasan is back in the news for lodging a complaint against a drunken fan at a police station in Mussoorie.

The accused who was reportedly in an inebriated condition, repeatedly knocked on her hotel room’s door after midnight. The actress has been shooting at Dehradoon, Uttar Pradesh for shooting her film ‘Yaara’.

However, this isn’t the first time Shruti, daughter of popular actors Kamal Haasan and Sarika, has fallen prey to a stalker. Earlier in November too, a spot boy at Mumbai’s Film City, who had been stalking her for many days, knocked on her apartment door one morning and when the 27-year-old opened the door, he had attempted to force his way into her home. The stalker also put his hands around her neck.

The disgruntled actress had lodged a complaint at the local police station in Bandra area of Mumbai and the police managed to find the spot boy who was later recognised as Ashok Trimukhe.
