Pawan Kalyan in tears over Sreeja's plight in Khammam

Those who watched Pawan Kalyan for the first time during the launch of his Jana Sena party would have thought he's an aggressive with I don't care attitude person. But only his fans know that the power star of Tollywood has a heart of gold that melts at the sight of people in distress.

A recent case in point was when he paid a visit to Sreeja, a cancer victim at a private hospital in Khammam. He was there to fulfill her last wishes which was facilitated by an NGO Make a wish foundation.

Pawan not only gave her toys and money for her treatment but also spent quality time talking to her. This is not it for the first time, Pawan broke down seeing the plight of the girl in a helpless state.
