According to the previous reports, Suumar announced that Raj Taran of 'Uyyala Jampala' fame and Sheena Baaj will be playing lead roles in 'Kumari 21F'. However, the latest rumors suggest that Sheena Bajaj with Heebah Patel of 'Ala Ela' fame.
Heebah Patel played a village belle in 'Ala Ela'. Her performance had impressed Sukumar a lot and the filmmaker approached her for his project.
