Washington: Taylor Swift has been sued by Jose Hilario, a convicted child pornographer for 100 million dollars after he claimed that the singer stole his lyrics in her latest album '1989'.

Hilario said in his handwritten lawsuit that his heart hurts adding that he have suffered so much humiliation already, Radar Online reported.

The federal lawsuit has revealed that how Swift, who had just turned 18, allegedly emailed Hilario, in January 2008 and begged him to meet her online via Skype because she was lonely and sad and that she needed someone to chat with.

Hilario says he found Swift's approach very strange and he did give the singer a chance and for about over two months and they chatted and had a good friendship.

The lawsuit also states that the American singer had promised Hilario that she would help the 35-year-old inmate with his legal problems and that she would write and sing songs about him but the defendant did not keep her promise of giving legal help.

Hilario says he will drop the lawsuit if Swift would just agree to help him and restore their true friendship.
