Parineeti to romance Saif, at last!

Parineeti Chopra, who came very close to romancing her favourite hero Saif Ali Khan last year, it seems, has finally got lucky now. The actress, it is learnt, has been roped in to play Saif’s romantic interest in ‘Jugalbandi’.

The film’s director Sameer Sharma (of Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana fame), it is said, has recently narrated Parineeti her role. Impressed, she gave a nod straightaway. The film is expected to roll by the year-end. It will see Saif playing a music agent.

Parineeti was tipped to romance Saif in his friend Dinesh Vijan’s maiden directorial venture last year but the project was put on hold after the makers realised that it has some semblances with ‘Lekar Hum Deewana Dil’.
