Director Trivikram Srinivas has pulled off a casting coup. The ensemble cast of his next ‘A... Aa’ has just got bigger, as Malayalam actress Ananya is the latest addition to the project. Sources close to the unit inform Hans Talkies that Ananya, who made her Tollywood debut with ‘Amayakudu’, will be seen playing a key supporting role.
The film features Nithiin, Samantha and Anupama Parameswaran in the lead. A source close to the unit says, “Trivikram designed an interesting character and felt Ananya would go well with it. When she was approached, impressed by the character sketch and story, she gave her consent.
She will be playing Nithiin’s sibling.” ‘A… Aa’ will be a second innings of sorts for the actress in the Telugu film industry after a four-year hiatus. Meanwhile, Ananya is fast wrapping up the shooting of her Malayalam film ‘Sigappu Rojakkal 2’.
