A week after the Bombay High Court slapped showcase notices to the team of 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ (including Salman Khan, director Kabir Khan, writer Vijayendra Prasad and producers Rockline Venkatesh and Rajeesh Bhatt) over the copyright infringement issue, writer Vijayendra Prasad refuted charges, saying he hasn’t plagiarised anyone’s work.

Vijayendra Prasad “As far as I’m concerned I have not done anything wrong. But since the matter is in the Court, I refrain from commenting. Let’s respect it and proceed accordingly.” Mahim Joshi, writer, director and TV producer sued the monstrous hit makers over copyright infringement and demanded compensation of Rs 50 crore.

In his complaint, Mahim said that he had registered his story in 2007 with the Indian Film and Television Producers Council and the Association of Motion Pictures and TV Programme Producers, and that the Salman Khan-starrer had close resemblances to it.

After a detailed comparison of the film’s scenes and Mahim’s script, the Court had directed all the respondents to file their replies by October 21.
