Sonam Kapoor who made her debut with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s “Sawaariya” has made her debut with the Rajshri Banner along with the heart throb none other than Salman Khan in Prem Ratan Dhan Payo and its celebrations’ for the Prem family as well for Sonam too.
In the earlier interview, Sonam has been vocal about her characters in the movies as she said, “People tend to forget my characters as I do films after some gap.”
But what would she say with the success of PRDP?

“I can only say, I hope my fans remember me now for the roles I perform as a lot of hard work goes into it. With the help of Sooraj sir’s guidance, I am first of all happy that he trusted me and bestowed upon this character onto me. I am thankful to Salman and the Rajshri production house. The film is successful and has received rave reviews from the fans and all makes me feel great.”
About her next film – Neerja:

“I finished shooting for Neerja, it was the best experience shooting this film. If any character has inspired me to be a better person it is Neerja. She has such great qualities in her. We play fictitious characters but there's nothing in the film that is not true. The kind of courage she has. She was actually there. What a girl and what courage. Usually, we perform more of fictional characters on the screen but this is a perfect role based on reality. The film is releasing in the first quarter of the next year and I am looking forward to this film anxiously.”
While Sonam keeps travelling across the world and is also a Global personality to reckon with she does not feel insecure with the Terrorist attacks which are taking place in places where celebs live in. Talking about the recent Paris attack, Sonam says, “Although such happenings are really sad, such incidents will happen where ever it has to happen. As a celeb it does not matter where it may happen. I have always believed in doing the right thing and standing up for right things. And now for such things I would stand up doing righteous things even more,” concludes Sonam.
