After a satisfying 2015, Tollywood has stepped into 2016 hoping there will be a good number of hits this year too. There are many crazy projects lined up in 2016 but this time there are some interesting remakes releasing this year.

After a satisfying 2015, Tollywood has stepped into 2016 hoping there will be a good number of hits this year too. There are many crazy projects lined up in 2016 but this time there are some interesting remakes releasing this year.

‘Kaththi’ remake stands first in the list as this will mark the return of Chiranjeevi in a full-fledged hero role. Also this will be in the combination of ‘Tagore’ which is written by Murugadoss and directed by VV Vinayak.

Next is Nagarjuna and Karthi starrer ‘Oopiri’ which is remake of a French film ‘Intouchables’. Mega Power star Ram Charan’s much anticipated ‘Thani Oruvan’ remake will also be released this year and Tamil hero Aravind Swamy will play the bad guy role in this flick.

Young hero Naga Chaitanya is also coming with the remake of Malayalam super hit ‘Premam’ titled as ‘Majnu’. Shruti Haasan is playing the role of heroine in this film. ‘Bangalore Days’ remake is also on the seys with Rana and Aarya as the lead under the direction of ‘Bommarillu’ Bhaskar.

These are few of the many remakes all set to enthrall the Telugu audiences.
