Can't comment on Mahesh's project: Pooja Hegde

Just a few days ago, Hans Talkies carried a news item “Mahesh to woo Pooja Hegde in 25th film’ in these columns. It seems to be right, as the actress was reluctant to dismiss the reports of playing love interest to superstar Mahesh Babu in his next untitled Telugu film.

Asked if the rumours are true, Pooja said "I can't comment about that project at the moment,” to the media, partially suggesting that she has signed the film but too early to talk about it now. The prestigious project, which happens to be Mahesh Babu's 25th film, will be directed by Vamsi Paidipally and jointly produced by Dil Raju and Aswini Dutt.

On the work front, Pooja awaits the release of Allu Arjun-starrer `Duvvada Jagannadham’ and has teamed up with Allu Arjun for the first time in this Harish Shankar directorial.

The pretty actress couldn’t taste big success in Bollywood since her last release `Mohenjodaro’ drew critical acclaim but failed to spin box-office magic, prompting the actress to return to T-town with `DJ’ after a gap of three years.
