Los Angeles: "Atomic Blonde" has released this Friday and director David Leitch is already planning to make a follow-up to his first solo directorial venture.

The filmmaker, who collaborated with co-director Chad Stahelski to direct 2014's "John Wick", said it would be an opportunity he would be very much be interested in, reported Ace Showbiz. "Yeah! We're in discussions, and I think everyone involved in the creative wants to do it," Leitch said of the possibility of a follow-up to the Charlize Theron-starring action film.

"It will just be... we'll see how well the film does, and fingers crossed people want to see (Charlize Theron's) Lorraine go on more adventures! I'd be happy to do it!" The spy thriller also stars James McAvoy as Theron's on- screen ally.
