Actress Tanushree Dutta is known to Telugu audience as the female lead of Bala Krishna's 'Veera Bhadra'. Her Bollywood flick 'Ashik Banaya Apne' with Imran Hashmi also became a huge hit and made her one of the noted actresses.

During a TV interview, she allegedly accused veteran actor Nana Patekar of harassing her during 2009 film 'Horn Ok Pleassss'. She claimed that though everyone in the industry knew about Nana Patekar’s behavior with women, no one speaks about it. She added that he has molested them and his behavior with women has always been rude but no one has opened up about it. She stated that the 'Me too' campaign started recently in Hollywood but 10 years back itself she voiced out against such behavior.

She revealed that she didn’t get opportunities in the industry after she opened up about the harassment incident. Her comments went viral on social media. Nana Patekar who responded on this in 2008 by saying she is giving misinformation, is yet to react on her latest comments.
