The brand new show features Ranvir Shorey, Omi Vaidya, Purbi Joshi, Pitobash Tripathy and Vega Tamotia in lead roles. A Gujarati family trying to adapt in America with their desi shenanigans is too hilarious for words! The show starts streaming on 3rd March.
Directed by filmmaker-writer duo Abi Varghese and Ajayan Venugopalan, the urban comedy revolves around two Indian immigrant families in New Jersey, US.
In Metro Park, Ranvir plays Kalpesh Patel, a corner store owner in the Metro park area of New Jersey. It's a Hindi series but since the story is set in the US, a good portion of it is in English but one gets to witness the proper Gujju lingo fun!
Apart from the forthcoming web-series, Ranvir Shorey will soon be seen in period drama Sonchiriya, also starring Sushant Singh Rajput, Bhumi Pednekar and Manoj Bajpayee in the lead roles.
