Boss molests lady employee
Hyderabad: Age has no barriers for sexual fascination and molestation. In a recent incident, the owner of a software company has been sexually molesting a female employee of his company. He has been sending hideous messages to her, apart from assaulting her in various ways. According to the Banjara Hills police, at Road No 2 in Bnajara Hills, there is a software company by name Dots Spider Private Ltd. The Managing director of this company stays in Singapore. So, it is being looked after by his father Parameshwar Rao, aged about 56yrs.
In the same company, a 23 years old young woman has been working as a HR Manager. For last three months, the old man had an eye on the said young woman. He has been making all sorts of attempts to lay trap for her. He has been seducing her by showing the porn pictures in his mobile to her and has been asking her to enjoy the same. He even forces her to go with him in his car and tortures her in many ways. Due to the heightened and agonizing torture, she left her job, a week before. She made a complaint with the Banjara Hills police on Monday. The police have filed a cased under IPC Sections 354, 354(a), 506 and 507 and searching for the accused who is absconding.
