Sri Chaitanya Student Commits Suicide. Abhinav, a student of Sri Chaitanya College at Kottapet in Hyderabad committed suicide inside his hostel room early on Monday.
Hyderabad: Abhinav, a student of Sri Chaitanya College at Kottapet in Hyderabad committed suicide inside his hostel room early on Monday. He committed suicide by hanging self to the ceiling fan of his hostel room. The details of his suicide are not known.
It is evident that the suicides committed by the Intermediate and undergraduate students in the state is rather at their peak nowadays. The most probable reason cited by the psychologists is the lack of ability of individuals to cope up heavy pressure created by excessive study. It has become imperative that every college and school should have a resident psychologist who could timely address all the problems that are being faced by the students. The concerned competitive authorities should take up this matter as a serious issue and address appropriately and timely.
