West Godavari: Accused Tries to Commit Suicide. Early on Saturday, an accused in bike theft cases tried to commit suicide at the Jangareddy Gudem police station in West Godavari district. Marishetty Rajesh, the accused in the two wheeler theft cases, has self immolated to commit suicide.
Hyderabad: Early on Saturday, an accused in bike theft cases tried to commit suicide at the Jangareddy Gudem police station in West Godavari district. Marishetty Rajesh, the accused in the two wheeler theft cases, has self immolated to commit suicide.
Rajesh has been immediately rushed to Kakinada government hospital by the police. K. Madhu Swamy, the first class judicial magistrate, has recorded the statement of Rajesh. Rajesh sustained 60% burns on his body. He has been accused in many theft cases and most of them are concerning bike theft cases. More details are awaited.
