Techie had frequent quarrels with wife

Hyderabad: Further to the shocking incident of Techie’s suicide after murdering his wife and son, the parents of the couple, who came to Hyderabad from Uttar Pradesh to accept the dead bodies, have said that they never thought that the disturbed relationship would end in such a horrifying way. They told the police that the duo used to have frequent quarrels between them; and sometimes, even they had to intervene in between.

It is evident that Manish, the chief products manager at an MNC named IMomentous Inc at Madhapur, and a native of Moradabad, allegedly killed his wife and five-year-old son, and committed suicide at their apartment in Madhapur. Of late, the matter came into light only on Wednesday morning, after four days of happening of the incident.

Further, the family members said that they always thought the fight between them was a normal quarrel that happen between wife and husband, and never expected it would end like this. From the other end, Sweta’s parents told the police that Manish used to harass her after getting drunk, and they had warned him not to repeat it.

After the couple lived for a while in the US, both Manish, an IIT graduate, and wife Shweta, had come to Hyderabad three years ago. Friends said that Manish was professionally very successful but was depressed about his marital life. It is learnt that Manish had worked in many companies in Chicago, Virginia and California. But, he could not handle the problems in his married life, reportedly. After the post-mortem at the Osmania General Hospital, the families were handed over the three bodies.
