Chennai: The police have arrested duo including a character artist for allegedly selling Ganja to the college and school students. The police received an authentic message that the school pupils and college students were supplied ganja by the duo. Jayakumar, the Central Crime Branch Deputy Commissioner, formed a team led by Inspector Shivram and Sub Inspector Muniraj.
The team probed near Ice House locality and held Krishna Murthy (29), a character artist, and his ally Yusuf (29). They confessed that they were involved in providing Ganja to the college and school students. The duo has been arrested and sent to Pulal jail. Murthy acted in more than 10 Tamil movies as a character artist, added sources.
