Take the case of a Madhya Pradesh High Court judge in Gwalior. He apparently asked an additional district and sessions judge to perform an item number at his bungalow. The lady also alleges sexual harassment. Interestingly, the woman judge was heading the Vishaka committee against sexual harassment in her district.

Unable to bear his torture and to save her self-respect and dignity, the judge resigned. She also wrote to RM Lodha, the Chief Justice of India and other SC judges seeking justice. The CJI has asked for a report and promised to act against the sitting judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court.
