Hyderabad: Justice Dr B Shiva Sankara Rao of the High Court at Hyderabad on Thursday granted conditional bail to two top personnel of BMW India. To the uninitiated, a case of cheating was filed against the BMW staff by a car dealer in Hyderabad. The accused petitioners have been ordered to furnish two sureties each of Rs 50,000. For the purpose of interrogation, the petitioners could be taken into police custody not exceeding 24 hours, the judge said.
