It is not the first time we have heard of hidden cameras being placed by culprits to capture the obscene videos of women.
A similar incident has come to light that led to a high voltage drama in the district Kanchipuram of Tamil Nadu. The incident happened at the ladies hostel of a private university in Kanchipuram on Wednesday.
Reportedly, an electrician has recorded videos of girls in the bathroom. With the incident, the girls from different states including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala and Tamil Nadu were furious and filed a case against the electrician and on the hostel warden too for her negligence as the parents leave their daughters in hostels hoping they are safe.
An FIR has been lodged at the Kanchipuram police station of Tamil Nadu and the college administration has formed a committee to enquire into the matter.
