Missing Youth Found Dead. A 19-year-old boy, who went missing on October 26, was found dead in a private well under Tukaramgate Police Station limits on Tuesday.
Hyderabad: A 19-year-old boy, who went missing on October 26, was found dead in a private well under Tukaramgate Police Station limits on Tuesday.
According to police, the teenager, Venkat, a resident of Tukaramgate, was working in a medical shop and had quit his job recently. On October 26, he left his home in the morning and failed to return by the evening. His father who could not trace him registered a complaint with the police on the same day.
However, the locals who saw the body floating in a private well near Rio Hotel immediately informed the police on October 28. After retrieving the body from the well, the police registered a case under Section 174 CrPC. “We believe it is a case of suicide. However, we are investigating the case in all directions,” said T Laxminarayana, Inspector, Tukaramgate police station.
