Hyderabad: A 29-year-old software engineer was arrested on Tuesday for ‘filming’ a girl while taking bath in her bathroom under Humayun Nagar police limits.
Police charged the accused TVK Dinesh, a resident of Indira Nagar of Gachibowli, under Section 354 C of the IPC which provides punishment for a man watching or capturing images of a woman engaged in a private act at a time she would not have expected being watched and Section 509, which includes intrusion of privacy and gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman.
