Hyderabad: Burglars broke into a house of a railway employee and decamped with 15 tolas of gold ornaments, 10 tolas of silver ornaments and Rs 50,000 under Alwal police station limits on Sunday night. According to police, Nagender, aged about 42, a train driver in South Central Railway (SCR) has alleged that his house at Macha Bollaram near Select Theatre was burgled on Sunday night. The burglars decamped with the booty by breaking open the locks of the main door while the inmates were away, said K Ramesh, detective inspector, Alwal.Nagender claimed that he left for his night shift as usual on Sunday and his wife and children left for their relatives’ house when the burglars broke open the almirah and made away with the valuables.
