Malagulla Sai Raj, 23, a native of Ghanpur mandal in Mahabubnagar district was nabbed at Chaderghat on Sunday, Assistant Commissioner of P &E (Enforcement) P Bhagavan Reddy said.
On receiving a tip-off, a shadow team of the squad under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner of P &E, MMA Farooqui, intercepted a Tata Winger (AP 28 TC 8308) near Sai Baba temple in Chaderghat area on Sunday and seized 101.2 kg of ganja worth Rs 7 lakh in 44 packets from Sai Raj which was meant for sale to retail drug peddlers.
