T. Padmavathi, an anchor in TV11 channel, married Satish ten years ago and he started harassing her. She said that Sathish had dropped her home and left saying he was going on a business trip.
However, she tracked him down to her husband's address and approached the police accusing him of extra-marital affair.
On Monday, she went to Satish's home and caught him red-handed. But shockingly when she confronted him, he hit her with a rod and fled from the spot.
Police arrested the woman and launched a manhunt to nab Satish.
