The vehicle was going at 150 kmph when she lost control at a steep curve and rammed into ORR railing

On Saturday, R Udaya (29) who was on her way to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport from Gachibowli in a car (TS EX 8055), Mercedes make, was on high speed and lost control over the vehicle at a steep curve at Exit number 17 and rammed into the railing.

Though she managed to come out of the car with the help of fellow motorists, fire broke out from the engine and within few minutes the car gutted in blazes. The car was registered on the name of Raudra Eduservices Pvt Ltd owned by her husband Ravindra Babu.

The woman was at 150 kmph speed when she lost control at a steep curve and the car overturned twice and rammed into the railing on the other side of the road, said Rajendranagar police after collecting statements of eye-witnesses.

The passersby rushed her to a nearby private hospital as she was in a shock. She is undergoing treatment for the minor injuries and a case has been registered for investigation, the police said.
