Recently, the Hyderabad police invoked provisions under Preventive Detention (PD) Act against Uday Kiran.
Already serving his jail term at Chanchalguda jail, Uday Kiran received the notice under the PD act on Saturday.
The 30-year-old actor created ruckus at a star hotel in the city by attacking the security guards and damaging the doors when he was denied entry into the hotel. Several cases have booked against him in Rajahmundry.
