Hyderabad: A retired Indian Air Force employee was mowed down by a speeding GHMC truck near Neredmet while he was on the way to Secunderabad on Monday morning.
Toram Ramakrishna (65), a retired Indian Air Force employee was going on his bike from Neredmet to Secunderabad. As soon as he reached Neredmet X roads, a speeding truck belonging to Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation hit the bike from behind, said Neredmet police. Due to the impact Ramakrishna was thrown at some distance and suffered a severe head injury.
