Rachakonda CP suspends two SIs, two constables
On instructions of Rachakonda Commissioner of Police Mahesh Bhagwath, two sub-inspectors of Vanasthalipuram police station, V Vijay and Mahesh, were suspended with charges of consuming liquor at a public place and misbehaving with duty constables in Suryapet on February 14.
While SIs were punished for consuming liquor at a public place, constables were thrown out for seeking bribe
Bhongir: On instructions of Rachakonda Commissioner of Police Mahesh Bhagwath, two sub-inspectors of Vanasthalipuram police station, V Vijay and Mahesh, were suspended with charges of consuming liquor at a public place and misbehaving with duty constables in Suryapet on February 14.
The CP also ordered the suspension of two constables of Bhongir police station, D Shivaram and M Ashok, for demanding money for compromise in Lok Adalat.
The CP informed that all were equal before the law and nobody would be excused.
