2 die in Atmakur-Dornala ghat road mishap

Atmakur: Two Siva Swamijis from Vikarabad district in Telangana state met with a fatal road accident on Saturday when they were on their way to Srisailam temple for Sivaratri festival.

The toll due to road accidents during the past six days increased to five in the ghat road.

The swamijis were killed when a LPG cylinder-laden lorry hit the two pedestrians when they were on their way to Srisailam at the 30 km milestone on Atmakuru-Dornala ghat road. The identities of devotees are yet to be ascertained. The bodies were shifted to hospital for postmortem.
