Now, students at KLU to use cloud solutions. To equip the students and the faculty with better result facilities, Koneru Laksmaiah University (KL University), Guntur, has deployed ‘HP Converged Cloud’ solutions to allow the users to have access to information from anywhere.
To equip the students and the faculty with better result facilities, Koneru Laksmaiah University (KL University), Guntur, has deployed ‘HP Converged Cloud’ solutions to allow the users to have access to information from anywhere. "Since the university has 74 academic laboratories and 25 research laboratories, connecting students all different streams via cloud solutions will help them gain knowledge in a seamless fashion. Different research teams from across various disciplines can collaborate to share data," said Koneru Satyanarayna, President of KL University.
Along with establishing cloud solution on the campus, the university has also employed 'HP education services' to introduce video book that will allow students to experience better learning by showcasing online videos that empower them with training for easy employability. "While our students do get placed in top companies, the salary package so far has not been too high. By imparting them with job ready technology, we aim to place them in higher package jobs," shared Koneru Satyanarayana.
Besides bringing latest technology, the university will also offer course on cloud computing to its students. The HP Accredited Technical Associate certification is meant to give students know-how on cloud computing while the certification will also make them eligible for jobs in the future.
