Visakhapatnam: The Andhra University College of Law in association with the Visakhapatnam Bar Association will be conducting a three-day Workshop on ‘Emerging Issues Relating to Trials, in Civil and Criminal Matters’ from July 25 to 27, said Prof. GSN Raju, Vice-Chancellor.
He, along with N V Badarinath, President of the Bar Association and Prof. Y Satyanarayana, Convener of the Workshop, released the brochure of the workshop here on Thursday.
Prof.Raju said that the objective of the workshop is to provide an opportunity to the advocates practising in trial courts and to the law students to sharpen and enhance their skills in the fields of drafting, conducting trials, applying relevant provisions of Evidence Act.
