The Tuesday Eat Treat

Testa Rossa Caffe’s Tuesday Pasta Mania is a treat to all pasta lovers who can gorge on unlimited vegetarian and non-vegetarian specialities at an unbelievable price.

The popular coffee joint Testa Rossa has an appetizing menu with delightfully aromatic pastas that are classic preparations. On Tuesdays, one can eat as much pastas as possible at Rs 199 for vegetarian and Rs 249 for non vegetarian pastas at all the outlets in the city.

Penne Arrabiata, the Italian specialty, which is popular for its spicy taste; the fully boiled penne with chicken pieces and tangy tomato puree emanating the aroma of dried oregano can be made spicier by adding dry red chilli flakes and freshly ground black pepper powder.

Fusilli Alfredo e Polio, the classic fusilli with white sauce and a good mix of non-soggy peppers, corn, fresh broccoli and a good sprinkle of black pepper for garnish is the usual best. Served with garlic bread adds the crunch to the creamy pasta.

The vegetarian pastas on the menu include Penne Arrabiata, Penne Panna e Funghi, Spaghetti Aglio e Olio Perperonicino, Fusilli Alfredo, Fusilli Panna e Noci, Fusilli Marinara and on the non-vegetarian side are the Penne Arrabiata e Pollo, Farfalle Polo e Funghi, Fisilli Alfredo e pollo, Spaghatti Al Ajo Agnelo, Lasagna Pascalino and Penne Alfredo e Pollo.
