Cascade at Radisson Hyderabad, Hitec City, is organising a Bengali Food Festival multi-cuisine restaurant. The festival will be a treat for food connoisseurs who will be able to experience an authentic Bengali spread.
Chefs from Bengal will present the delectable Bengali cuisine to tantalise your taste buds. The event promises to provide everyone an opportunity to explore the authentic culinary delights of Bengal. The lavish spread of delicacies includes Beguni, Maach Chop, Narkol Diye Mangsho, BhapaIlish, Kopi Betki Palak, Baigun Ghanto, Jinge Posto, Sukhto, Bhaja Munger Dal, Misti Pulao Muri Ghanto, Aloo Diye Manghso, Doi Maach, Betki Macher Jhal, Chanar Torkari, Misti Dohi and much more.
The whole ambience of the restaurant has been specially designed to take the memorable cadences of Bengal and serving authentic Bengali cuisine in traditional attire. During the festival one can taste all the dishes that are made in the traditional Bengali format .
For lunch, the typical Bengali Thali will be served at a price of Rs 600 + taxes. The dinner will be a buffet spread priced at Rs 800. The Bengali Food Festival will be on till October 5.
