Hotel Golkonda joins the merriment

Following other star hotels, chefs at Golkonda hosted a cake mixing event

A cake mixing ceremony was held at the Golkonda, Hyderabad. To add colour to the event, actress Soniya Deepti graced the event. Resident chefs headed by Chef Shailesh Verma an audience through the cake mixing activity in the hotel premises.

An interesting array of fruits, nuts and spices went into a huge cauldron. Endless bottles of spirits and syrups like golden syrup, molasses, honey and vanilla essence were poured into the mix while a number of gloved hands kneaded the concoction tirelessly. Come December, this mix will be ready for baking. Hotel Golkonda would be organising a Christmas Carnival and Christmas Eve turkey dinner.
