 Sandeep AroraIn Hyderabad, the iconic Taj Krishna has been given the mantle to acknowledge it and curtains were pulled up by eminent whiskey expert Sandeep Arora, director of Spiritual Luxury Living, as he presented the Royal Salute evenings at Firdaus on Friday. The month-long promotion with whiskey paired quintessential Nizam dinners, indeed embodies a luxury dining experience.

With select covers laid out for the evening, guests at the venue can revel in the sensory examination of the rare whiskeys and discover for themselves the hidden flavours. The perfectly paired courses are a connoisseur’s delight. Taj Krishna also promises to offer an array of whiskeys from exclusive cellars from around the world.

“The Taj Krishna has been a landmark of fine living and hospitality in Hyderabad, pioneering the very best of luxury experiences in the city. It is, therefore, the preferred venue to host the specially crafted Royal Salute Tribute dinner, which brings together nostalgic memories of the city, its people and the hotel, over fine whiskey and a curated menu,” said Sarabjeet Singh, director, operations, TAJGVK Hotels Ltd and General Manager of Taj Krishna

Taj Krishna also promises to offer an array of whisky’s from exclusive cellars from around the world. A selection of whiskeys from the Royal Salute portfolio will be available for the dinners at Firdaus, and spread out exciting and authentic flavours on the platter. The experience goes beyond a dinner. In what can be termed as a theatrical extravaganza each pour is paired with a course and unveiled to an eager audience.

The four course menu is curated by the executive chef Nitin Mathur and comprises of exotic, fresh and authentic ingredients. The menu is created in keeping with the essence of the whiskey, their versatility and aromatic profusion.

The degustation menu is available for dinner from 7.30 pm to 11. 30 pm, starting Saturday and will go on till May 10 at Firdaus, Taj Krishna. It is priced at Rs 3,500 all-inclusive per person.
